Recruiting Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Vector Consulting Group as a Recruiting Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing candidates through the hiring process while also leading and mentoring a team of talented recruiting professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent while demonstrating strong leadership abilities to drive recruitment excellence within our organization.
Recruiting Lead Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex roles, implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing role requirements to define the ideal candidate profile.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring goals, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations for talent acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house recruitment team or search firm.
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Experience with recruiting tools, data reporting, and collaboration platforms.
