Recruiting Lead

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex roles, implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing role requirements to define the ideal candidate profile.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring goals, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations for talent acquisition.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house recruitment team or search firm.
• 4+ years of experience managing and leading a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Experience with recruiting tools, data reporting, and collaboration platforms.
